Heem Green Holistic Remedies — Return & Refund Policy

At Heem Green Holistic Remedies, every herbal compound is freshly handcrafted and made-to-order. Because all formulas are custom prepared, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds for any reason other than verified damage that occurred during transit.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • No refunds, cancellations, or returns will be issued.
  • Store credit is the only form of compensation and will only be granted for verified damage claims submitted within the required time frame.
  • All herbal compounds are custom-made and cannot be resold or reused.

2. Damage Claim Requirements

If your order arrives damaged, you must submit a claim within 72 hours of delivery.

To qualify for store credit, you (the customer) must provide:

  1. Photo evidence clearly showing the damaged product.
  2. Video evidence of the unboxing that shows the package being opened and the damage visible.
  3. Your full name, order number, and tracking number.

Claims that are missing any of the required evidence will not be approved.

All shipments valued at over $100 require a signature upon delivery.

No claims will be accepted without proof of signature.

3. What Counts as Damage

Damage includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cracked or broken tincture bottles
  • Spillage or leaking inside the package
  • Torn, punctured, or compromised tea, capsule, or powder packaging
  • Damaged or contaminated sea moss, herbs, or perishable goods

4. How to Submit a Claim

Email your claim within 72 hours of delivery to:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Detailed description of the damage
  • Required photo & video evidence

5. Store Credit & Replacements

  • Only store credit will be issued for verified claims.
  • Store credit must be used within 90 days of being issued.
  • If a replacement item is available, it will be shipped once the damaged product is returned.
  • If no replacement is available, store credit will be provided.
  • No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
