Important Shipping Information
Please note:
Selecting expedited shipping only affects the delivery speed after your order has been processed and fulfilled.
Processing and fulfillment can take up to 30 business days depending on order volume and the handcrafted nature of our herbal compounds.
Expedited shipping does not speed up processing. It only shortens the delivery time once your order has shipped.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we work diligently to prepare every order with care.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Orders
Orders can be placed on our website 24/7.
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing and preparation queue.

(Business days are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM EST.)
All products are handcrafted, sealed, and quality-checked before shipment. Our team works continuously to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and we deeply appreciate your patience during this process.
Once your order is prepared and scanned by the carrier, shipping and delivery times are the sole responsibility of USPS, UPS, or the carrier selected at checkout.
Important Note About Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping does not speed up processing, only the delivery time after the order has left our facility.
- If you select expedited shipping, your package will ship faster once fulfilled, not before.
Shipping Methods
Standard domestic orders may ship via:
- USPS Priority Mail (2–3 days)
- USPS Flat Rate (when applicable)
- UPS Ground or UPS Expedited options
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier selection.
Signature Requirement
For all shipments valued over $250, a signature from an adult (18+) is required upon delivery
This policy ensures the safe arrival of your products and applies to all standard orders and drop-shipped orders.
- If a package is returned due to no signature, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact Heem Green Holistic Remedies immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- Carrier investigations typically take 2–5 business days, but may take longer depending on the situation.
3. Once the carrier provides a final update, we will reach out with the next steps.
Please note:
We are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery, any loss, theft, or misdelivery must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping
At this time, Heem Green Holistic Remedies does not offer international shipping.
